Is Narciso free?
Yes, it’s free to download: films, adjustments and text are free. PRO unlocks Face, Shape and Retouch, removes the watermark and gives you 60 PRO looks a month; the yearly plan comes with a 7-day free trial.
What is a PRO look?
It’s your photo reshot in studio light: Neon Duo, Golden Hour, Cinema, Studio and more. It’s still you, same face and same body: only the light, colour and background change. Each look uses one credit and takes about 15 seconds.
What if I run out of looks this month?
The 60 looks included with PRO renew every month. If you need more before then, get a pack: 100 credits for €4.99 or 300 credits for €11.99. Credit pack credits never expire.
Are my photos safe?
Face, Shape and Retouch run only on your phone. For a PRO look the photo goes through our servers in the EU and OpenAI, which creates the result: we keep it 30 days for safety checks, then delete it. All the details are in the privacy policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your store settings, anytime: on iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You keep PRO until the end of the period you paid for.
